Booking & Payment Terms
1. Reservations: A booking is confirmed once the initial deposit is received and our team issues your official confirmation voucher.
2. Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations made 30+ days prior to arrival receive a full refund minus minimal administrative banking fees. Cancellations between 15-29 days receive a 50% refund or full credit towards future travel.
3. Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend all travelers acquire comprehensive travel and medical insurance prior to their trip.
